Refund policy
Every Logos Lounge item is custom-printed to order just for you, so all sales are final — we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choice, or change of mind. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — or doesn't arrive at all — we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. Please don't mail anything back: the return address on your package is a print facility and can't accept returns. If we replace an item, keep the original or pass it along to someone who needs it.
